Coming Soon to Batavia: 100 New Apartment Homes
Independence, Ohio – February 1, 2022 – Ohio-based owner and developer of single-story apartment homes, Redwood Living, Inc, will soon open its fourth apartment neighborhood in the Cincinnati area: Redwood Batavia Tealtown Road.

Redwood Batavia Tealtown Road will feature 100 brand-new single-story apartment homes in eight different floor plans that range in size from 1,294-1,709 square feet. The first residents are expected to move in this May. Monthly rent will start at $1,649.

Redwood is currently pre-leasing for Redwood Batavia Tealtown Road. Tours will commence at any of Redwood’s other Cincinnati neighborhoods (Redwood Union Township, Redwood Milford or Redwood Miami Township).
