Redwood Living, Inc. to Welcome Residents to 13th Columbus Neighborhood
Columbus, Ohio – March 21, 2022 – Redwood Living, Inc, announces its latest Columbus apartment neighborhood, Redwood Marysville SR 4, will be move-in ready for new residents this May. This is the 13th Columbus neighborhood and second in Marysville for the developer.

Redwood Marysville SR 4 will include 137 single-story apartment homes, ranging in size from 1,294-1,709 square feet. Prospective residents can pre-lease online and tour an apartment home nearby at Redwood Marysville Milford Avenue.
Eight different floor plans will be available at Redwood Marysville SR 4. Each will offer residents two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a two-car attached garage. Additional amenities include:

Monthly rent will start at $1,600. Redwood Marysville SR 4 is located at 259 Honeysuckle Lane, at the corner of State Route 4 North and Scott Farms Blvd. The new apartment neighborhood is a short drive to Uptown Marysville, which offers various dining, shopping and recreation options, and is close to popular area employers.
