The Redwood Employee Advantage – Improving Work/Life Balance

At Redwood, we know we are only as successful as the people who power us—and the people who make up the Redwood family are nothing short of remarkable. So when we took a look at our benefits offering this year, we wanted to focus on improving the work/life balance for all employees.

After gathering feedback about just what “work/life balance” means from our employees’ perspective, we worked to incorporate their suggestions into our benefits program.
