Independence, Ohio – December 4, 2020 – Redwood Living Inc. (Redwood) is proud to announce the promotion of three of our remarkable Redwood Ambassadors to the role of Regional Manager! Please join us as we celebrate the achievements of our newest Regional Managers.
Kristen has over 18 years of industry experience ranging from sales, leasing, management, training, development, and her most recent roll of Management Specialist. She has been with the Redwood family for four and a half years starting at Redwood Centerville as Neighborhood Manager. Kristen has been instrumental in getting seven neighborhoods to permanent financing. Kristen looks forward to meeting with her new team in parts of Southwest Ohio and Indianapolis – and growing together in 2021.
“What I am looking forward to most is getting to know my team and fostering those relationships,” said Kristen. “I want to support them to be the best ambassadors they can be.”
Aarika started in the industry over ten years ago and has an associate degree in Real Estate, and certificate in Property Management. She started in multi-family as a part time Leasing Consultant, then moved into an Assistant Manager role, she then became a Trainer and a Neighborhood Manager. Aarika started with Redwood almost six years ago as a Neighborhood Manager at Redwood Johnstown. She quickly decided that Redwood was the company for her and decided to transfer to a larger neighborhood, Redwood Delaware. Aarika has been a Management Specialist for over two years, with 12 Neighborhoods in her portfolio and is a recent graduate of the Regional Manager in Training (RMIT) program. Aarika is excited to work with the newly developed Mid-Ohio region!
When asked what she’s most looking forward to in her new role, Aarika shared, “In my new role with Redwood, I am most looking forward to building lasting relationships with my new team! While we build off our Core Values together, we will work to accomplish the shared goal of improving Redwood and delivering an exceptional experience to all of our residents.”
Nichole started in the multifamily industry as a part-time Leasing Professional. She fell in love with helping people find their new home, watching them grow, and getting to know them during their residency. Soon after starting in the industry, she moved to the student housing sector, then managed a large student portfolio and staff. Redwood became her home four years ago and has since provided her with a new level of training and experience in a variety of roles. From her very first day with Tyler at Redwood Wolverine Lake, she knew Redwood was the place for her. She is most excited for her new role as Regional Manager for the Iowa portfolio and cannot wait to meet and lead her new team.
“My passion is leading people,” says Nichole. “I am most excited about getting to lead a team, being able to help further them in their career paths, and watch them grow!”
