Independence, Ohio – March 24, 2021 – Independence, Ohio-based developer and owner of single-story apartment homes, Redwood Living Inc. (Redwood), announces its third neighborhood in Brownstown, Mich. Redwood Brownstown Telegraph Sibley Road will include 94 apartment homes ranging in size from 1,294 to 1,620 square feet. Residents will begin moving in this May.

Each of the five floor plans available at Redwood Brownstown Telegraph Sibley Road will include two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a two-car attached garage complete with ample storage. Redwood Brownstown Telegraph Sibley Road is located at 18632 Osmulski Drive, at the corner of Sibley and Telegraph Roads. The neighborhood is easily accessible to I-75, Brownstown Community Center and nearby shopping and dining.
The developer’s other two neighborhoods within the township include Redwood Brownstown Telegraph Road (138 apartments) and Redwood Brownstown West Road South (115 apartments).
