Maumee city officials, the Maumee Chamber of Commerce and Redwood team members recently gathered to celebrate the grand opening of the company’s 8th neighborhood in the greater Toledo market – Redwood Maumee Reynolds Road. 

Located at 1520 Market Place Dr., Redwood’s latest neighborhood boasts all the signature benefits that make these single-story apartment homes so unique.  

Each of the five different floor plans in Redwood Maumee Reynolds Road includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a private entrance and a two-car attached garage complete with ample storage. 

Upon completion, the neighborhood will include 129 apartment homes, ranging in size from 1,294 to 1,620 square feet.  

After some brief remarks, the ribbon was cut, and guests enjoyed lunch and tours of the model home. 

“It was a proud day for Redwood and an exciting day for the residents of Maumee as we officially welcomed this brand-new neighborhood to their community,” said Aimee Rainwater, vice president of property operations at Redwood. “We invite anyone interested in single-story apartment living to come see what Redwood is about and what makes living in one of our neighborhoods a remarkable rental experience.”
