Redwood Neighborhoods Shine in 2025 ORA® Power Rankings with Six Sites Placing in the Top 10 Nationwide
Redwood Living, Inc. is proud to announce that six of its apartment neighborhoods have been recognized among the Top 10 properties within their respective Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) in the 2025 J Turner Research ORA® Power Rankings.
This annual ranking highlights the 50 most populous MSAs in the nation and the Top 10 properties in each, based on their ORA® (Online Reputation Assessment) Score. Introduced in 2017, the MSA ORA® Power Ranking also reports the average ORA® score for each MSA and is widely regarded as a trusted benchmark for excellence in online reputation across the multifamily industry.
This recognition reinforces Redwood’s continued commitment to consistently remarkable resident experiences, responsive management and neighborhood-centered living.

A Benchmark for Resident Experience
The ORA® Score, developed by J Turner Research, aggregates online ratings and reviews from multiple platforms to provide a single, standardized metric of resident sentiment — with a score between 0 and 100. This methodology allows for fair, data-driven comparison among more than 150,000 properties nationwide.
