Redwood Living, Inc. Earns Recognition for Eight Neighborhoods in 2026 State ORA® Power Ranking
Eight Redwood Neighborhoods have earned recognition in the 2026 State ORA® Power Ranking, released by J Turner Research in partnership with Multifamily Executive. The annual ranking recognizes the top apartment properties in all 50 states and the District of Columbia based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA®) scores.
Redwood earned placements in Illinois, Michigan, Nebraska and Ohio, achieving an average ORA score of 95.1, well above the statewide averages of 63.6 to 65.33. Among the highlights, Redwood Fox River Grove in Illinois and Redwood Copley in Ohio each secured the No. 2 position in their respective states, while five Redwood Neighborhoods ranked among the top five.
The recognized Redwood Neighborhoods include:
- Illinois: Redwood Fox River Grove, No. 2 (ORA score: 96)
- Michigan: Redwood White Lake, No. 3 (ORA score: 95); Redwood Midland, No. 4 (ORA score: 95)
- Nebraska: Redwood Omaha Wenninghoff Road, No. 9 (ORA score: 94)
- Ohio: Redwood Copley, No. 2 (ORA score: 96); Redwood Sugarcreek Township, No. 4 (ORA score: 95); Redwood Marysville Milford Avenue, No. 8 (ORA score: 95); Redwood Groveport, No. 9 (ORA score: 95)
The State ORA® Power Ranking evaluates apartment communities based on their ORA scores, a standardized measure of online reputation. To qualify for the 2026 rankings, properties needed an ORA score of at least 75 and a minimum of 20 online reviews as of September 2026.
