Redwood Launches “100 Club Hall of Fame” to Celebrate Employee Excellence
Redwood is proud to announce the launch of its newest recognition program: The 100 Club Hall of Fame — a celebration of the exceptional performance, dedication, and values-driven work of its team members. Rooted in the results of quarterly phone assessments, this initiative recognizes those who go above and beyond, inspiring a culture of excellence and appreciation throughout the organization.
Honoring High Performers
The 100 Club Hall of Fame is designed to spotlight employees who consistently raise the bar. Individuals who score a perfect 100% on a quarterly phone assessment qualify for induction. These assessments are comprehensive evaluation tools designed to measure the performance of leasing agents during actual prospect phone calls. In addition to the perfect score, inductees must also embody Redwood’s core values in their daily work. This isn’t just about metrics — it’s about people who live the mission and make a difference.
“The 100 Club Hall of Fame is more than just a reward — it’s a symbol of the excellence and heart our team brings to work every day,” said Mike VanGelder, executive vice president of property operations at Redwood. “We’re proud to celebrate those who lead by example and uplift our Redwood culture in everything they do.”
Levels of Recognition
Single Qualification:
Employees who achieve a perfect score on any single quarterly assessment earn a spot in the Hall of Fame and receive:
- A featured photo and short bio on the company’s recognition page
- A spotlight on the Core Value #5 wall at Redwood’s home office
- Their image streamed on home office TVs
- A $100 gift card to a restaurant of their choice
Gold Tier:
For those who achieve perfection three or more times in a calendar year, the Gold Tier takes recognition to a new level:
- All the honors of Single Qualification inductees
- Exclusive 100 Club apparel featuring custom embroidery
- An acrylic “100” award with a unique, collectible wooden sticker for each quarter won
- Their choice of one of four premium gift items
Recognition That Resonates
Beyond these tangible rewards, Redwood will celebrate 100 Club members across a variety of channels:
- Quarterly team meetings will include shout-outs and personal testimonials
- Internal communication vehicles will spotlight their stories
- Social media posts will highlight achievements, including testimonials from surveys and manager feedback
Looking ahead, the 100 Club Hall of Fame will play a role in Redwood’s Annual Employee Awards Ceremony, beginning in 2026, with special honors reserved for Gold Tier recipients.
