Redwood Living, Inc. has once again earned top national recognition in the 2025 Resident Choice Awards, ranking in the Top 5 across every operator category, including Best Overall Operator, Best in Tours, Best in Maintenance, Best in Move-In and Best in Move-Out in the Premier Operators category (15,000+ units). 

Presented by Opiniion, the annual awards are based entirely on resident feedback collected throughout the year, reflecting experiences across every stage of the resident journey.

In addition to Redwood’s performance at the operator level, its neighborhoods delivered standout results across individual property awards. In total, 136 of 159 neighborhoods (86%) received recognition in at least one category. 

Eight neighborhoods earned placements in all five categories, reflecting exceptional consistency across the full resident lifecycle. These neighborhoods include: Redwood Battle Creek, Redwood Burlington, Redwood Green, Redwood Lafayette, Redwood Miamisburg, Redwood North Canton, Redwood Warsaw and Redwood Rochester Hills.
