New Redwood Neighborhood in Perrysburg Introduces Expanded Mix of Apartment Floor Plans
Redwood Living Inc.’s latest neighborhood, Redwood Perrysburg Lime City Road, is taking shape, bringing 219 new thoughtfully designed apartment homes, an expanded mix of floor plan options and the signature maintenance-free Redwood lifestyle to one of the area’s fastest-growing communities. With a presence in the Toledo market for more than 20 years, Redwood has now expanded to its fourth neighborhood in Perrysburg.
The first phase of the neighborhood will include 137 apartment homes, with 82 additional apartment homes planned for a second phase. The neighborhood will ultimately span 42 acres, with a beautiful pond serving as a centerpiece of the first phase.
Redwood anticipates welcoming its first residents in January 2027.

Redwood Perrysburg Lime City Road introduces an expanded collection of floor plans, giving residents more options than a traditional Redwood Neighborhood. The mix includes one-, three- and four-bedroom homes, including both single-story apartment homes and two-story, townhouse-style designs.

- Sycamore — 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two-story
- Acacia — 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, single-story

- Cypress — 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, single-story
- Fraser — 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, single-story
- Dogwood — 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, single-story
- Mahogany — 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, single-story
Apartment homes will range from 896 to 1,900 square feet, with market rents ranging from $1,825 to $2,925.

The neighborhood also provides convenient access to the Ohio Turnpike and major highways, making it easy to get around the greater Toledo area and beyond.
