Brand-New Apartment Neighborhood Coming to Kent, Ohio

Independence, Ohio – December 1, 2021 – Kent residents will soon have a new place to call home. Opening this winter, Redwood Kent Tallmadge Road is a brand-new apartment neighborhood offering 100 single-story apartment homes, each with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an attached two-car garage.

This is the 54th neighborhood in Ohio and 12th in the Akron metro area for local owner and developer of single-story apartment homes, Redwood Living, Inc.

Apartments at Redwood Kent Tallmadge Road are available in seven different floor plans ranging in size from 1,294-1,709 square feet. Monthly rent starts at $1,600.

The first residents are expected to move in January 2022. Redwood is currently pre-leasing for Redwood Kent Tallmadge Road and is arranging tours for prospective residents at Redwood Kent. 

Redwood Kent Tallmadge Road is located off I-76 at the Portage County Road 18/Tallmadge Road exit. The neighborhood is a short drive to Downtown Kent, Kent State University, and an array of shopping, dining, and recreation options.
